Around 2005, Starbucks employee Garrett threatened me, saying, “It’s your transgressions,” as a statement about what they were doing with the Los Angeles Police Department, security companies, customers, and employees. These earlier encounters provide the background to this video and the ongoing intimidation and humiliation I describe as brutal psychological mobbings, which haven’t stopped since discovering in 2001 what I traced back to early childhood with friends, family, my brother, and sister-in-law. Huntley, originally Jason Perelman, my brother's friend, also specifically stated, referencing the movie Crocodile Dundee's community-information and stalking groups: someone tells “Wally,” Wally tells the town, and there is “no more problem.” Additionally, my Calabasas High School friend Brian Weaver said, “It’s a public shaming,” as another death threat or explanation of why they are stalking me to remove me from society no matter what it takes. On December 30, 2018, I visited several businesses and coffee shops as I noticed their aggression ramping up. For about three days, I had been recording recurring interactions from place to place, especially at Starbucks and other coffee shops. Employees repeatedly ramped up coordinated psychological terror attacks using the word “man” as a reference in their sentences: “Hey man, how are you?” “How’s it going, man?” “What would you like, man?”—with changing variants from person to person. I documented the wording, tone, and expressions—the repeated encounters I call the “man” tactic. These changing tactics from these psychological terror, and global network terror cells coordinated by the police, have escalated daily since 2001, after noticing what Michael Patrick Huntley was doing with computer exploits, trojans, and software while routing our office computer switch next door to Golden State Sports Medical Office (my father's office), with mass groups uploading, downloading, and even being able to restart or shut down my computer with Trojans or Net Nanny Software designed to record and transmit everything done on a childs computer written for patents to monitor their children. I saw private data uploaded to accounts with screen names similar to mine on AOL. One such item was a website flow chart for Hot Body International I was redesigning for them. With Tim Thompson, who was involved in these stalkings, linked to Steve McPike, a pool player friend from the University of Colorado which staged a coincidence for us to meet at Yankee Doodles pool hall as he flew into town wanting me to see Microsoft asp web programming language in the late 90’s. While we all know building websites is not a crime, Tim Thompson said when I questioned what was happening, “Well you built adult websites, didn’t you,” at my company, Signet-e Services, which I co-owned with Mike Huntley. The privacy violations appeared coordinated by my father’s office manager, Lorena Escobar, as well as Elsie Sandoval and the entire office staff with city wide, and honestly much larger as most know, participating. At the Starbucks at 20054 Ventura Boulevard in Woodland Hills, I entered peacefully, like usual, made a small purchase, and recorded the employee’s words and apparent smirk as I narrated what was probably going to happen in camera with the mental illness tactics designed to create the appearance of mental illness to remove from society. As I walked away, I narrated into my own camera about the repeated encounters which they say are a joke and a tease that never stop until I am dead or gone. I described conduct called gang stalking and gaslighting, speaking about sustained provocation and harm toward the person being targeted until they are either dead or removed from society. As I have learned, LAPD and other agencies are behind many of these operations, such as Charles Sean Dinse and his terror operations against me, Rex Schillenberger, the homeless, and many others. Charles Sean Dinse merely adopted the illegal police monitoring and stalking started against me at a young age with his community stalking groups and illegal monitoring. My narration on camera describes the methods with proof, they use to torture and terrorize, to create the illusion of mental illness, and to kill or eradicate through mass hate mobs. I was describing harm directed toward me in daily attacks going back 17 years at that point. The smirking employees know nothing was directed at them at all with their rotating defamation of character about me from place to place, and working with global stalking networks while trying to cover up their nonstop crime spree against me. Their 49-year pattern of daily terror jokes aren’t really jokes, given their willingness to pick up the phone and fabricate lies with Charles Sean Dinse, LAPD, Karine T Philips, Inga Orbelli, to try to lock me away or eradicate at all costs—proving exactly what I have been saying. The employee then picked up the telephone, already knowing to call Charles Sean Dinse with the slightest incorrect blink prepared for the next criminal police report amongst nonstop LAPD reports to make my kind as they say disappear, the next ringleader of these operations, and accused me of threatening to kill Starbucks employees and customers. The discrepancies identified in my account include initial statements that employees were not afraid, later statements adding fear, and changes in the wording of the supposed threat. No weapon was seen. As usual, mental health labels, and fraudulent police reports, are used as justifications and cover-ups to remove me from society, driven by hate and discrimination, not genuine concern. In reality, nothing was done to them. They were met with kindness, but responded with anger and rage with their racist, bigoted, discrimination in mass mobs on a global scale, fueled by Michael Patrick Huntley’s death threats on exponentially growing 49 years of setup attmpts, frame jobs, defamation of character, and whisper networks worldwide. Creating newer and newer defamation of character that virally spreads to newer and newer false narratives until the 5 year old who the Perelman family is afraid of disappears so that everyone can feel better about their insecurities. These recordings represent about seventeen years of recurring encounters I had experienced by 2018, and a longer personal history spanning forty-nine years. About ten years after Huntley’s 2001 statements, I began documenting these recurring encounters and childhood events I was realizing were going on that should not have been to try to remove me from society. This video presents my account of the Starbucks interaction and the accusation that followed. I entered, purchased something, was as nice as always, and recorded the daily attacks setup and frame job operations with almost all other businesses or public places, so that their fabrications are documented. I narrated into my own camera as I left, recording the nonstop, never-ending incidents I’m told I’m not allowed to discuss or report—especially filing police reports with ongoing LAPD threats and provocations for seeking help. No matter how black and white the situation is. Whether they are assaults, death threats, harassment. LAPD will either bury the report, refuse, or reverse the charges for simply going to the Police for help. Which is their entire purpose of why our tax paying dollars pay them to protect and serve. Other then this, they serve no purpose if they are dictating who is allowed to live or die, based on their insecurities about anyone and anything they perceive different then them. Or those empty mental illness labels they are so afraid of. California law addresses several forms of conduct relevant to the concerns discussed here: • Penal Code §148.5 prohibits knowingly making a false report that a crime occurred. • Penal Code §118.1 addresses a peace officer knowingly and intentionally making materially false statements about a crime in a police report. It does not automatically criminalize an officer accurately recording another person’s accusation. • Penal Code §646.9 addresses repeated following or harassment accompanied by a credible threat intended to cause reasonable fear for personal or immediate family safety. • Penal Code §422 addresses threats of death or great bodily injury that are intended as threats and cause reasonable, sustained fear. • Penal Code §502(c) addresses certain computer offenses, including unauthorized access, copying data without permission, disrupting computer services, and introducing malicious software. These references explain the conduct the laws prohibit. Whether a particular person violated a section depends on evidence establishing its requirements. The central point is straightforward: my description of harm directed against me must not be rewritten as an intention by me to hurt someone else. Continuous recording provides the context an isolated phrase leaves out.
